Electrical Package Manager: Mission-Critical Data Centre – Europe
A high-impact opportunity for an experienced professional to manage the entire Electrical scope from pre-construction through closeout. Lead the full Electrical package on a flagship Data Centre project in Europe for a global, innovative construction company specializing in mission-critical infrastructure (full order book for years).
Responsibilities include full commercial/financial control (cost management, variations), project schedule ownership, rigorous QHSE/QA co-management, and leading all subcontractor activities and project closeout.

Electrical Package Manager role:
* You will manage all on-site electrical operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity:
* Lead, track, and manage subcontractor progress and manpower against the construction schedule.
* Assign and manage workflow, ensuring productivity goals are met.
* Provide technical guidance to the installation team and contribute to improving construction practices.
* Ensure rigorous safety standards, compliance with quality codes, and standard procedures are met through thorough work inspection.
* Schedule material deliveries, participate in coordination and handover meetings, and maintain site documentation (e.g., weekly photographic diary).
Electrical Package Manager Requirements:
* A strong trade background with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
* Solid technical knowledge of Electrical systems is essential.
* Proven ability to effectively drive and manage a large-scale project.
* Must possess an EU Passport or valid Right to Work under host country employment law
