Electrical Contracts Manager\n\nLocation: London/South East - Hybrid Working\n Sectors: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Data Centres\n Salary: £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Package\n Company: Reputable M&E Contractor\n\nOverview\n\nWe are representing a well-established and reputable M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their London operations. The business delivers projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and data centre sectors and is known for high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and repeat business.\n\nThis role will see you overseeing a portfolio of 3-4 live electrical projects, with Electrical Project Managers reporting directly into you.\n\nThe position would suit a Senior or Electrical Project Manager looking to step up into a contracts role, or an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager seeking a more structured workload and improved work-life balance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the delivery of multiple electrical projects running concurrently\n\nLead, mentor and support Electrical Project Managers and site teams\n\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders\n\nEnsure electrical works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards\n\nReview electrical designs, technical submissions and project documentation\n\nDrive commercial performance including forecasting, variations and cost control\n\nAttend progress meetings and represent the business at a senior level\n\nSupport procurement strategies and oversee electrical supply chain compliance\n\nPromote best practice, continuous improvement and a strong delivery culture\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong background managing electrical projects for an M&E or electrical contractor\n\nExperience across commercial, healthcare, education or data centre sectors\n\nProven ability to manage multiple live projects and teams simultaneously\n\nStrong technical understanding of electrical building services\n\nSolid commercial awareness with strong reporting and cost control skills\n\nConfident communicator with proven client-facing experience\n\nOrganised, proactive leader with a professional approach\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n£85,000 basic salary\n\n£5,000 car allowance\n\nTravel expenses covered\n\nPension, healthcare and bonus potential\n\nSupportive working environment with clear long-term career progression\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key electrical projects, influence delivery outcomes and play a senior role within a stable and respected contractor with realistic expectations and a strong team culture.\n\nIf you'd like to discuss the role in more detail or be considered, please get in touch
