Electrical Contracts Manager\n\nLocation: London / South East - Hybrid Working\n Sectors: Commercial | Healthcare | Education | Data Centres\n Salary: £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Package\n Company: Established M&E Contractor\n\nOverview\n\nWe're working with a major M&E contractor who are strengthening their senior delivery team in London and the South East. They are looking for a proven Electrical Contracts Manager to take control of multiple live electrical projects and drive performance across key sectors.\n\nYou'll hold full authority over a portfolio of 3-4 high-value electrical schemes, with Electrical Project Managers reporting directly into you.\n\nThis role suits a Senior Electrical Project Manager ready to step up, or an established Contracts Manager looking for a sharper structure, stronger control and long-term stability.\n\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For\n\nTake full command of multiple electrical projects running in parallel\n\nLead Electrical Project Managers and site teams\n\nDrive subcontractors, consultants and supply chain performance\n\nDeliver projects to programme, budget and technical standards\n\nReview and sign off designs, technical submissions and delivery plans\n\nControl commercial performance including forecasting, variations and cost recovery\n\nRepresent the business at senior client and stakeholder level\n\nDirect procurement strategy and enforce supply chain compliance\n\nSet standards, push improvement and drive delivery culture\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nStrong track record managing electrical projects for an M&E or electrical contractor\n\nExperience across commercial, healthcare, education or data centre environments\n\nProven ability to run multiple live projects simultaneously\n\nStrong technical grasp of electrical building services\n\nSolid commercial control and reporting ability\n\nConfident client-facing communicator\n\nOrganised, decisive leader who takes ownership\n\nWhat's On Offer\n\n£85,000 basic salary\n\n£5,000 car allowance\n\nTravel fully covered\n\nPension, healthcare & bonus potential\n\nClear long-term progression within a stable contractor
