Falcon Green is partnering with an award-winning and innovative contractor, well known for delivering complex, large-scale industrial projects across mainland Europe. They’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Electrical Engineer to join their growing team on a high-spec Data Centre project in mainland Europe.\nIf you’re a technically strong and proactive engineer looking to grow your career in the rapidly expanding Data Centre sector, this role is a great opportunity. Employment will follow the host country’s local labour laws.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n * \n Maintaining clear and accurate reporting to track progress and meet key project milestones.\n * \n Reviewing design and IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the project scope.\n * \n Leading coordination to produce accurate installation drawings, working closely with BIM teams to ensure compliance and programme alignment.\n * \n Supporting on-site quality control to make sure all work meets technical, regulatory, and project standards.\n * \n Reviewing subcontractor and supplier tenders to confirm they meet technical and design requirements.\n * \n Ensuring all engineering activities, including procurement, stay on track with the project programme.\n * \n Preparing, submitting, and managing all technical submittals according to project requirements.\n * \n Making sure installations comply with project specifications and the QA plan.\n * \n Coordinating subcontractor activities, maintaining progress and clear communication, and recording minutes from weekly meetings.\n * \n Promoting best practices to improve project scheduling and delivery efficiency.\n * \n Collaborating with the Project Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n * \n 5–7 years’ experience in the electrical contracting industry, ideally with a recognised contractor.\n * \n Strong organisational skills and proven experience in project planning and coordination.\n * \n Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n * \n Proficiency in Navisworks and engineering-related database systems.\n * \n Experience with project planning tools such as Primavera and a solid understanding of CAD and BIM workflows.\nThis is a fantastic chance to join a fast-growing industry, work on high-profile projects, and develop a long-term career.
