We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer III to lead the design, optimization, and safety of electrical systems that power critical infrastructure, including pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.

You'll also play a key role in ensuring safety, compliance, and innovation while mentoring junior engineers and managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems supporting natural gas and energy infrastructure.
- Integrate advanced technologies such as automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to drive efficiency.
- Implement safety systems, including arc flash mitigation, fault detection, and compliance with NEC, NEMA, API, and IEEE codes.
- Deliver technical expertise in electrical schematics, layouts, and power distribution for both new projects and upgrades.
- Manage engineering projects from Pre-FEED, FEED, through EPC, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs and customer requirements.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of engineering experience in natural gas, energy, or data centers.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE).
- Ability to review and implement arc flash studies and improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a safety-first mindset.

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with PLCs, HMI systems, and instrumentation design.
- Background in Pre-FEED, FEED, or EPC phases of engineering projects.
