Location: Cedar Rapids, IA | On-Site Only
Compensation: Up to $180K base + ~10% annual bonus | $10K relocation assistance

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with mission-critical experience to join a team managing a $1B+ hyperscale data center campus. This on-site role offers excellent career progression and exposure to high-profile, complex data center builds.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare accurate electrical system estimates for large-scale data center projects.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to develop budgets and bid strategies.
  • Provide insights to support executive-level decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

  • Experience estimating electrical scopes in mission-critical or data center environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate and work on-site; no travel or per diem required.
