Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a mission critical Electrical Superintendent / Foreman-level leader to support hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for driving field execution, safety, and production across electrical scopes, including cable tray, lighting, and switchgear installations.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep electrical expertise, strong coordination across trades, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-spec environment where uptime and precision are critical.

You will partner closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations on schedule and within budget while maintaining strict safety standards. (DataX Connect)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical field crews (electricians, helpers, foremen) on mission critical projects

• Execute and manage installation of cable tray, lighting systems, and switchgear

• Coordinate with GC, other trades, and project leadership to maintain production flow

• Own daily field operations, scheduling, and manpower planning (look-aheads, crew sizing, productivity)

 • Read and interpret prints, plans, and specifications to drive execution

• Enforce jobsite safety standards (OSHA, site-specific protocols) and maintain zero-incident culture

• Track progress, maintain daily reports, and communicate updates to leadership

• Support material planning, logistics, and equipment coordination (including lifts)

• Troubleshoot field issues and drive solutions in real time

• Mentor and develop field personnel to improve performance and retention

• Ensure compliance with NEC, project specs, and quality standards

Must Haves

• 10–25 years of electrical construction experience

• Proven experience in commercial or mission critical/data center environments

• Strong background in conduit, cable tray, lighting, and switchgear installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BIM models, and electrical drawings

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Experience leading crews and running scopes independently

• Familiarity with MEP coordination and multi-trade environments

• Experience operating in high-performance, fast-paced project environments

Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Experience on hyperscale data center builds

• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk, BIM platforms

• Experience with scissor lifts / aerial equipment

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Background in commissioning or mission critical turnover processes
