Now Hiring: Electrical Foremen (Industrial / Underground / Heat Trace – Underground)

Location: Vineland, New Jersey
Project: Phase Three – Data Center Project
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Project Duration: 1+ Year (Long-Term Opportunity)
Pay Rate: $36 – $45/hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $150/day – 7 days per week (for eligible employees)
Schedule: 6 Days per Week, 12-Hour Shifts (6 x 12’s)
Overnight Shifts Available – Special Shift Compensation Offered

About the Opportunity

We have officially secured Phase Three with one of our major customers at a large-scale data center project in Vineland, NJ, and we are actively hiring experienced Electrical Foremen to support this long-term build.

This is a 1+ year project, offering strong stability, consistent overtime, and the opportunity to lead on a major industrial development.

We are seeking experienced professionals in the following roles:

• Industrial Electrical Foreman
• Underground Conduit Foreman
• Heat Trace Underground Foreman

These are direct hire positions offering long-term growth potential and full benefits.

Schedule & Compensation Details

• 6 x 12’s (72 hours per week)
• Day shift and overnight positions available
• Special compensation provided for overnight shifts
• $150 per diem paid 7 days/week for eligible travelers

Scope of Work

The foremen selected for this project will oversee crews performing:

• EMT conduit installation ranging from 3/4" – 4"
• Wire pulling
• Cable tray installation ranging from 24" – 48"
• Rack installation
• Potential device installation
• Underground conduit installation, including layout, trench coordination, and duct bank work
• Heat trace installation for underground systems, including layout, routing, and integration with electrical infrastructure**

Underground and heat trace foremen must have strong experience in layout, coordination with civil crews, and large-scale industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 25+ electricians and apprentices
• Coordinate daily work activities with project management and other trades
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and site drawings
• Maintain production schedules and manpower planning
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Track productivity and maintain high-quality workmanship

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial setting – REQUIRED
• Resume and professional references must be readily available
• Ability to successfully lead and manage crews of 25 or more
• Strong conduit, cable tray, wire pulling, underground, and/or heat trace background
• Experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience )
• OSHA 10 Certification – MANDATORY
• OSHA 30 Certification –
