Electrical Lead - Data Centres\n\nLocation: Midlands & Home Counties (Site Based)\n Project Values: £25m - £150m\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join a main contractor delivering complex, high-value Data Centre projects across the Midlands and Home Counties. The Electrical Lead will take full ownership of the electrical services on site, leading delivery on technically demanding, mission-critical schemes.\n\nThis Electrical Lead role requires a strong background working for a main contractor, with proven experience managing electrical packages on large projects. The successful Electrical Lead will work closely with mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and commercial teams to ensure safe, high-quality and on-programme delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the Electrical Lead for all electrical services on assigned Data Centre projects\n\nManage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers\n\nOversee electrical works from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover\n\nEnsure electrical installations are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme\n\nMonitor quality, progress, and productivity across all electrical workstreams\n\nMaintain high standards of health & safety and regulatory compliance\n\nCoordinate electrical works with mechanical and CSA packages to ensure seamless integration\n\nRepresent the electrical function in client, consultant, and project meetings as the Electrical Lead\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in an Electrical Lead, Electrical Manager, or Senior Electrical Supervisor role\n\nStrong background delivering Data Centre or other mission-critical projects\n\nExperience working within a main contractor environment\n\nExcellent technical knowledge of electrical building services, power, containment, and systems\n\nExperience delivering projects valued between £25m and £150m\n\nStrong leadership, coordination, and communication skills essential for an Electrical Lead\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to work as an Electrical Lead on major Data Centre projects\n\nCompetitive salary or day rate and benefits\n\nLong-term pipeline of complex projects across the Midlands and Home Counties\n\nWork with a leading main contractor on technically challenging schemes
