We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting a prestigious critical commercial site in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, delivering first-class maintenance while developing your career with a market-leading FM business.

Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll help ensure critical electrical systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.

⚡ What you'll be doing:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems

⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across building services plant

Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS, HVAC, and associated equipment

Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations

Updating maintenance records and completing all relevant documentation

Liaising with engineers and site teams to deliver a high standard of service

Following all Health & Safety procedures within a live critical environment

‍♂️ What we're looking for:
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Experience within Facilities Management or commercial building services

Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills

Ability to work effectively within a continental shift team

Good communication and client-facing skills

⭐ Desirable:
✅ Experience within critical environments such as banking, data centres, or high-profile commercial buildings

✅ HV/LV knowledge or switching experience
