Job Title: Electrical Procurement Specialist

Behind every successful project is precise coordination of materials, vendors, and logistics. As an Electrical Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects stay on schedule and fully equipped—especially in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic construction setting and understands the urgency and precision required for data center and critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement for mission-critical electrical projects
• Generate and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Lead RFQ (Request for Quote) processes and perform quote leveling and analysis
• Source and procure electrical equipment and materials aligned with project specs

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery expectations
• Ensure vendor compliance with contract requirements, insurance, and documentation

Data Center & Mission-Critical Support

• Support procurement efforts for data center construction projects
• Manage long-lead materials critical to project schedules
• Proactively identify risks to material availability and mitigate delays

Logistics & Expediting

• Track orders from placement through delivery
• Expedite critical materials to meet project timelines
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site requirements with field teams

Cost Tracking & Systems

• Track procurement costs and support budget management
• Utilize Procore and other systems for procurement tracking and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for all purchasing activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within construction
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Experience supporting data center construction or mission-critical environments
• Hands-on experience with RFQs, quote leveling, and vendor negotiations
• Familiarity with procurement software and platforms (Procore experience )
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• High attention to detail with strong cost tracking and documentation abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• No smoking during work shifts

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30 AM (some Saturdays required)
