Founded in the mid-2000s, this organization has expanded to nearly 1,000 skilled employees and delivers large-scale commercial, industrial, multifamily, government, and mission-critical electrical projects valued up to $250 million.

With a reputation for safety, integrity, and performance, this firm partners with leading general contractors and owners to deliver complex electrical systems for some of the most high-profile facilities in the country.

Position Overview

The Project Executive – Mission Critical / Data Centers will provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight on major data center and mission-critical electrical projects. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines strong technical acumen with proven client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering large-scale, high-reliability electrical projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale mission critical and data center electrical projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage project execution across multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Partner with general contractors, engineers, and owners to develop project strategies, budgets, and execution plans.
• Provide executive-level oversight to project managers, superintendents, and field leadership teams.
• Ensure all electrical systems—power distribution, grounding, UPS, and redundancy—meet stringent performance requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Support estimating, prefabrication, and business development efforts to drive company growth.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams and project sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in mission critical / data center environments
• Proven success managing large-scale mission-critical projects exceeding $50M+ in value
• Strong understanding of design-build and design-assist project delivery
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities across project teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with industry software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $190,000 - $240,000
• Bonuses at 20%-30% of your base salary
