Electrical Project Manager - East London\n\nLocation: East London\nSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Package (DOE)\nProject Value: £5m M&E\n\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing M&E Contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £60m. Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a flagship £5m M&E project in East London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, mixed-use and data centre projects across London and the South East.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, commercial team, site management and client representatives, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManaging the electrical delivery of a £5m M&E project.\nOverseeing site teams including Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.\nEnsuring works are delivered in accordance with programme requirements and project milestones.\nManaging procurement of materials and subcontract packages.\nCoordinating with design, commercial and commissioning teams.\nChairing progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.\nMonitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.\nEnsuring all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained.\nManaging commissioning activities and project handover.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.\nDemonstrable track record managing electrical or M&E projects valued at £2m+.\nRelevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering/Building Services).\nValid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.\nStrong knowledge of electrical building services installations.\nExcellent client-facing and leadership skills.\nCommercial awareness and programme management experience.\nAbility to drive projects through to successful completion.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to lead a high-profile East London project.\nLong-term career progression with a growing £60m turnover contractor.\nSupportive management team and strong pipeline of secured work.\nExposure to major projects across London and the South East
