Electrical Project Manager\nAvolon M&E are working with a well-established leading London contractor. They work in a variety of sectors including commercial fit outs, data centres, retail, education, residential and pharmaceutical sectors. Ranging in values from £10m-50m and their client base consists of the biggest Tier 1 principal contractors.\n£70 – 90k + Package\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Ensure that assigned projects are managed in accordance with the requirements of the client/principal contractor and the company’s internal policies and procedures.\n- Overall control and management of the company’s internal polices delivery programme.\n- Overall control and management of the procurement schedule for both sub-contractors and materials in accordance with the project programme and liaise with the buying department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of all plant and materials for the projects.\n- Overall control and management of all sub-contractors and agency labour.\n- Monitor the construction/integrated programmes.\n- Liaise and coordinate with other trade contractors and the principal contractor’s coordinator if one is appointed.\n- Control drawings (management of our document control procedures).\n- Manage and monitor the Site Supervisor to ensure they carry out their full range of responsibilities.\nThe Successful Candidate will have:\n- Electrical qualifications.\n- Project management expertise.\n- Staff management expertise.\n- High level of communication skills.\n- High level of commercial awareness.\n- Longevity with previous companies.\n- SMSTS
