Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with extensive experience in electrical construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, adherence to scope, and compliance with all safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electrical construction projects to align with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve any construction-related issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and necessary documentation.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience within the electrical construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Buildertrend).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
