Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and contribute to progress reports, flagging delays, design issues, or third-party impacts.
• Attend site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings.
• Track weekly safety stats and labor projections.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to manage variations and costs.
• Implement company procedures with package managers.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• Trade background with 3–7 years’ experience managing large-scale industrial projects and subcontractors.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and design-build processes.
