Key requirements

• Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects (commercial, industrial, or utility)
• Strong familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for large-scale electrical scopes
• Background working in a data center environment or critical-power infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management, including contractors, engineers, and clients
• Solid understanding of relevant electrical codes, safety, and quality standards

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from concept through to handover
• Create and manage electrical project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Oversee procurement of electrical materials, subcontractors, and labour, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
• Monitor on-site electrical progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive resolutions
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and company quality standards

• The role is based in Michigan City, Indiana
