TradeWise Staffing is partnering with a growing commercial electrical contractor to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent for projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable company that has a strong backlog of commercial electrical work and is seeking a proven field leader who can successfully manage manpower, production, safety, quality, and project execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial electrical construction experience and a track record of leading multiple crews on ground-up and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial electrical construction projects
  • Manage Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate manpower, material deliveries, equipment, and schedules
  • Review plans, specifications, and project drawings
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Monitor productivity, quality control, and project milestones
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, General Contractors, and Owners
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules
  • Maintain daily reports and project documentation

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
  • 5+ years of Superintendent or Senior Foreman experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
  • Experience managing multiple crews and large commercial projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30
  • Proficient with project scheduling and workforce planning
