This position is for a contractor that does large scale industrial projects throughout Arizona, and have multiple projects going on with a huge one breaking ground in Casa Grande, AZ. All in the industrial space (data center, civil, water treatment, mining, etc.) they are looking for multiple Superintendents that want to work in Arizona long term with a strong Electrical, MEP, or Structural Steel background. They can pay very well with great bonus and benefits in this full time role.

Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction operations and activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, electrical, MEP, and structural steel construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
