Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (132kV HV)\nLocation: London Site-based\nJob Type: Contract (long-term) / Ongoing project requirement\nRate/Salary: Competitive (DOE)\nStart: June\n\nOverview\nWe’re hiring 2x Electrical Supervisors to support a major critical infrastructure / data centre build in London. This is a hands-on, site-based supervisory role suited to experienced supervisors from HV projects, particularly those with 132kV exposure. Data centre experience is not essential (but is an advantage).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Supervise electrical installation and site activities to programme, quality, and safety standards\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour across electrical works and HV interfaces\n\n * Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and site rules; lead toolboxes and daily briefings\n\n * Oversee ITPs / QA checks, snagging, handover readiness, and documentation support\n\n * Liaise with project management, commissioning teams, and other trades to remove blockers\n\n * Maintain strong H&S leadership and ensure works are delivered safely and correctly first time\n\nEssential Experience / Requirements\n\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on HV projects\n\n * Demonstrable 132kV experience (or direct involvement on 132kV scope/interfaces)\n\n * Triple STS experience (essential – as defined by project requirements)\n\n * Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, coordination, and supervision\n\n * Excellent site safety mindset and ability to drive standards on a live project\n\nDesirable (Nice to Have)\n\n * Previous data centre / critical environment experience\n\n * Familiarity with commissioning readiness, QA documentation, and structured handovers\n\n * HV authorisations / permits experience (where applicable)\n\nApply\nIf you’re an Electrical Supervisor with 132kV project exposure and Triple STS experience, apply with your CV now.\n\nWe are an equal opportunities recruiter and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
