Join Our Growing Team

We are seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers with a minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment to contribute to the manufacturing excellence at Meta Power Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling low-voltage switchboards.

• Wiring and configuring modular substations to exact specifications.

• Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble parts.

• Perform electrical wiring and soldering for electronic components.

• Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure functionality and quality.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Interpreting and applying complex electrical diagrams and schematics during the manufacturing process.

• Collaborating with a dedicated team to solve electrical challenges and enhance system performance.

• Conducting stringent testing to guarantee the safety and reliability of electrical components.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Industrial or Commercial Electrical Experience.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Experience installing, terminating, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.

• Knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Electrical trade school, apprenticeship, or electrician license .

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Flexibility to work at both our Lake Park and Indiantown, Florida facilities as business needs require.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between company locations when needed. (Lake Park, FL - Indiantown, FL).
