Job Title: Journeyman Electrician (Industrial/Commercial)

We're seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our New Jersey team. If you’re ready to grow your skills, take on high-impact projects, and work with a crew that has your back, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Bend conduit, pull wire, and install panels, switches, and other control devices
  • Adhere to all NEC standards and job-site safety protocols
  • Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades on high-profile projects
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and keep projects moving on time

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of verifiable commercial/industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes and commercial wiring practices
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools, lifts, and ladders
  • Journeyman License is a plus, but not required – solid experience and work ethic matter more
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a big bonus (or we’ll help you get it)
