Energy Lawyers - Interim / Fractional / Consulting Opportunities

Job Description

At NomosFIT we provide bespoke legal solutions to our clients through our exceptional pool of senior lawyers, delivering strategic board-level legal support in an efficient and flexible way. We partner with leading private equity firms, portfolio companies and high-growth businesses, deploying high-calibre legal consultants on complex, business-critical engagements.

We are looking to speak with senior lawyers with experience across the energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors who are interested in interim, fractional, or project-based consulting work.

We are particularly interested in lawyers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, battery storage or grid infrastructure
  • project finance, acquisition finance or structured financing for energy / infrastructure assets
  • PPAs, offtake arrangements, grid connection agreements and power procurement
  • EPC, O&M, construction, procurement and long-term services contracts
  • energy regulation, licensing, market access or utility/network regulation
  • infrastructure M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs or portfolio transactions
  • data centre, AI infrastructure, energy procurement or power availability issues
  • interim General Counsel / Head of Legal support for energy, infrastructure or asset-heavy businesses

This could suit senior lawyers from private practice, in-house legal teams, infrastructure funds, energy companies, developers, lenders, or alternative legal services providers who are interested in flexible consulting work.

If you're a senior lawyer who can operate independently, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and deliver practical legal support in fast-moving commercial environments we'd like to hear from you.

If this sounds relevant, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
