Engineering Intern
Meade Engineering is excited to launch the inaugural cohort of our Summer 2026 Rotational Program. This program offers a hands-on immersive experience designed for engineering students who want to see how projects move from concept to reality.
You'll spend 12 weeks alongside engineers, designers, and project teams learning how an engineering design firm operates from start to finish, including design, engineering, and commissioning. Along the way, you'll rotate through key departments, participate in a capstone project, and gain exposure to real projects in the field.
If you're curious, collaborative, and eager to learn how engineering solutions are implemented in the real world, this program was built for you.
Program Details
- Dates: Monday, May 18th - Friday, August 7th, 2026
- Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
- Location: In-person at our Tempe Headquarters - 80 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Suite 500, Tempe, Arizona
What You'll Gain

Who Should Apply
- Students who are actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering and planning to return for the Fall 2026 semester
- Engineering majors in: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Students who enjoy working both independently and in team environments and those who are eager to learn in a professional setting.

- Sophomore or second-year engineering student
- Current enrollment in one of the following institutions:
- Arizona State University
- Maricopa County Community College (with plans to transfer to ASU for Fall 2026)
