Position Summary: As the Engineering Manager - Electrical, you will be responsible for all electrical aspects of the project design and documentation as it relates to your assigned area/project work load for Pinnace Power Corporation. The Engineering Manager - Electrical will oversee the Electrical Design Team and assist in evaluating the current staff and recruiting additional team members as needed. This direct oversight is responsible for all phases of the Project Design Life Cycle which includes but not limited to: customer retention/meeting customer requirements, project design installation models and drawings, project specifications, and material and equipment selections as it pertains to the design.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for production of all Design Models and Documentation, to include:
o Conceptual, Design Development, Issued for Permit, and Issued for Construction Models and Documents.
o Arc Flash and Coordination Studies.
o Project Type Examples:
§ Broadband/Telecom Hub and Head End Facilities:
· New Builds – Prefab Buildings & Brick & Mortar
· Generator Upgrades
· HVAC Upgrades
· AC/DC Power Upgrades/Modifications
§ Data Centers
§ Renewable Energy / Microgrid
§ Commercial Office/Warehouse Facilities – New Build, Expansions, and Renovations.
· Create and maintain Pinnacle Power Corporation specifications, templates, and installation details.
· Provide estimating support to Project Delivery Team as needed.
· Coordinate between customer, vendor(s), subcontractor(s), and Pinnacle Power personnel to complete project design and record documents.
· Models Pinnacle Powers standards of professionalism, integrity, quality, safety, financial metrics and processes
· Accurately tracks all time and expenses associated with project work
· Develops detailed project design schedules and ensures that all aspects of the project design stay on track
· Creates and transmits all closeout documentation, floor plans, schematics and specifications relevant to the project

Qualifications:
· Five or more years in the Electrical Design Industry. Professional Engineering License .
· Previous experience in large scale, complex, AC/DC design projects
· Knowledge of all of the following design/engineering software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360
· Must be willing to travel as needed for project site visits, approximately 1 trip per month.
