Position Summary:  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project as it relates to your assigned area/project work load for Pinnacle Power Corporation.  This direct oversight is responsible for all phases of the installation process which includes but not limited to: customer retention/meeting customer requirements, project and manpower scheduling, ensuring job specifications are documented and implemented, planning/supervising/performing all critical work including method of procedure(s) (MOPs) and man-hour tracking for project-based work.    

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Supervises onsite Pinnacle Power Field Staff, as resources are assigned and allocated by the Vice President – Engineering and Construction

·        Responsible for all company assets (e.g. tools, trucks and equipment) associated with project area as well as materials and material storage/warehouse space

·        Develops detailed project schedules and ensures that all aspects of the project stay on tracks

·        Coordinates between customer, vendor(s), subcontractor(s) and Pinnacle Power personnel to complete job

·        Understands and implements customers safety standards, installation quality, ticketing and notification process as well as timeline requirements

·        Models Pinnacle Powers standards of professionalism, integrity, quality, safety, financial metrics and processes

·        Accurately tracks all time and expenses associated with project work

·        Creates and transmits all closeout documentation, floor plans, schematics and specifications relevant to the project

Qualifications:

·        Ten or more years in the telecommunications industry, with a background in AC Electrical and/or DC Electrical contracting

·        Previous experience managing large scale, complex, AC/DC installation projects

·        Knowledge of all of the following: DC Power, UPS and Inverter Systems, Generators, HVAC, AC Electrical Systems and Fire Suppression

·        Must be willing to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours
