ABOUT:

Our team designs and manufactures high-performance, energy-efficient HVAC and air-handling systems, with a strong focus on complex applications like data centers, cleanrooms, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
- \n
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, equipment inspections, and corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and injury prevention programs.
- Provide safety leadership and technical support to operations and employees.
- Conduct safety orientations, training, and monthly safety meetings.
- Manage emergency response and workers’ compensation activities in partnership with HR.
- Evaluate and maintain safety equipment, programs, and required certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of occupational health and safety experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in EHS, Safety, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- CSP or other professional EHS certification but not required.
