EPMS Controls Technician

About JSET

What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and commission meters, gateways, and network switches
- Set and adjust project parameters for peak system performance
- Keep clear records of test results, configurations, and punch‑list items
- Team with commissioning agents, lead techs, and engineers to hit project milestones
- Follow all safety rules and industry standards on every task
What You Bring
- Solid computer skills and comfort with new software
- On‑time, reliable attendance
- Strong teamwork and clear communication
- Eager mindset-ready to learn and solve problems
Extras
- Working knowledge of Ethernet/IP and Modbus
- Familiar with SCADA tools such as Ignition or Niagara
- Basic Python scripting
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Project)
- Ignition Basic certification or related degree
- 1+ year of controls or commissioning experience
