Location: Vineland, NJ
Project Duration: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (12 Months)
Project Type: Large Industrial Data Center Construction
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6×12s)
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Overtime: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and dependable Equipment Clerk / Site Logistics professional to support the construction of a large industrial data center in Vineland, NJ. This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to last approximately 12 months.

The role focuses on on-site tool, material, and equipment handling, coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and managing material flow throughout the jobsite. This position serves as the central point for toolroom operations and site material management, ensuring crews have what they need to remain productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site toolroom operations, including tool check-in/check-out
• Receive, track, and distribute tools, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors, carriers, and freight companies
• Direct deliveries to proper site locations and verify shipments upon arrival
• Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of tools, materials, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with field supervision, vendors, drivers, and site personnel
• Assist with resolving delivery issues, shortages, or damaged materials

Qualifications

• Experience in site logistics, equipment clerk, toolroom clerk, or material management
• Familiarity with industrial or construction jobsite environments
• Computer literate (comfortable with basic software, spreadsheets, and digital tracking systems)
• Experience handling large electrical or mechanical equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional interpersonal communication
• Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced industrial environment
