Senior Concrete Estimator (Structural / Commercial)
Northern Virginia / DC Metro (Hybrid or On-Site)
$110,000 – $160,000 Base + Bonus
️ Projects: $5M – $100M+ (Data Centers, Podium, High-Rise, Industrial
We’re working with a well-established concrete contractor that has built a reputation delivering complex structural packages across the DC Metro area.
Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of negotiated work, they are looking to bring on a Senior Concrete Estimator to take ownership of high-value bids and play a key role in preconstruction strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead estimating efforts on structural concrete scopes:
- Foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks
- Post-tension, cast-in-place, parking structures
- Manage full bid lifecycle:
- Quantity takeoffs
- Subcontractor/vendor pricing
