Estimator \n\nExciting new Estimating role for a Privately owned Tier 1 main contactor! This role is to work office based in Central London. \n\nAbout the role of Estimator \n\nWe are one of the largest Tier 1 main contractors in the construction industry and work within various sectors including Commercial offices, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Industrial, Data Centres, Education and Residential.
\n\nWe are a privately owned business with one of the strongest financials in history with a £1 billion turnover. We have outstanding members of staff that have been with us for a very long time. There are currently 5 Estimators (and looking for more) in the London division that sit with multiple other Estimators from other divisions which creates a really nice atmosphere!\n\nWe are founded on a 'can do' culture, driven by agility and high performance.
Our talented teams work on some of the UK and UAE's most complex projects. We are seeking individuals with the 'can do' culture that we founded!\n\nWe are looking for someone who has experience in commercial projects as most of the role will be focused on commercial projects whilst also working on an occasional healthcare/educational project. These projects will have a value of £40million to £500 million.
