Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Central Houston office in the Greenway Plaza area — a true operational partner who thrives in a high-stakes environment. You'll support multiple executives and serve as the on-the-ground anchor for our growing Houston presence.

This is a hybrid role: part executive support, part office manager. You'll manage executive logistics, keep the Houston office running seamlessly, and become an indispensable part of a tight-knit, high-performing EA team.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

  • Own calendar management for senior executives
  • Coordinate complex, multi-time zone travel with a zero-disruption standard
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between your executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential documents, contracts, and correspondence with discretion

Houston Office Management

  • Serve as the primary on-site presence — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a professional environment
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities for infrastructure and equipment needs
  • Support visiting executives with logistics and in-person meeting setup

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with the broader EA team to provide seamless backup coverage and consistency across executive support
  • Support planning and logistics for leadership offsites and face-to-face team gatherings
  • Travel quarterly for in-person meetings with your executives' team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to drive efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule — work gets done when it needs to get done
  • Experience with office setup or facilities coordination is a plus
  • Based in Houston, TX with ability to be on-site daily
