Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial assessments to establish clients' mental health status through effective interviewing techniques and clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Facilitate weekly or biweekly therapy sessions with clients, employing various techniques tailored to their unique circumstances—ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to mindfulness practices.
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients during emergencies, ensuring a prompt and calm response to challenging situations.
- Maintain thorough records of client progress in compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of four years of related experience working with a variety of mental health issues.
- Comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the capacity for culturally responsive therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
