Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to form an understanding of their emotional and psychological status.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices to address unique challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a proven track record in mental health counseling.
- A deep understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to employ evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Experience in delivering culturally responsive therapy in both individual and group settings.
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
