AA Euro Group is currently recruiting a Facade Manager for a major data centre in London Docklands. If you would like to join a company who wins high profile projects with blue chip clients and if you enjoy working in a stimulating environment, then this offer is foy you!\n\nPurpose of Role\n\nEnsure the successful design, coordination, construction, and handover of all facade elements, working with design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nReview façade specs and subcontractor proposals for compliance with client and design requirements.\nConduct technical appraisals and chair coordination meetings with design teams and subcontractors.\nCoordinate façade interfaces to maintain air and weather tightness.\nPlan and manage the facade programme alongside the Project Manager.\nEnsure subcontractors have necessary drawings for design, procurement, and manufacturing.\nChair progress meetings covering safety, quality, programme, and site coordination.\nManage technical submittals, Building Regs approvals, samples, and testing regimes.\nMaintain records and coordinate façade material procurement with site logistics.\nMonitor KPIs including progress, quality, procurement, and safety.\nReview RAMS and use BIM tools for quality checks and progress tracking.\nCompile Safety File and O&M data for client handover.\nManage variations, budget, and programme in liaison with PM and QS.\n\nThe Candidate\n\nMinimum 5+ years’ experience managing façade projects of similar complexity and scale.\nPrior exposure to data centres or complex building projects is highly desirable.\nRelevant trade or construction qualification.\nChartered status (MICE, MCIOB, or equivalent) .\nProficient in façade systems, UK regulations, technical drawings, and BIM software.\nUnderstanding of sustainability principles for façades and London-specific construction practices.\nStrong subcontractor management and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.\n\nCareer Path\n\nHighly structured career progression programme through a continual professional development programme (PDP) and mentoring programme which has been the foundation to our success.
