Fiber Splicer Level III Data Center
Contract to Hire (6 Months)

We are hiring an experienced Fiber Splicer Level III to support large-scale fiber deployments in a hyperscale data center environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role requiring advanced ribbon splicing and extensive OTDR testing experience.

Responsibilities
Perform high-count ribbon splicing (864ct and above) in hyperscale data centers
Conduct advanced OTDR testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Splice, test, and certify single-mode and multi-mode fiber
Read and interpret fiber plans, schematics, and splice documentation
Maintain accurate test results and close-out documentation
Follow all data center safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements
Level III fiber splicing experience
Proven ribbon splicing experience with 864ct+ fiber
Prior hyperscale data center experience required
Extensive OTDR testing experience
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days or nights
Willingness to travel on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation

Schedule & Travel
3/1 travel rotation
6x12-hour shifts
Day or night shifts depending on project needs

Compensation
$33$40 per hour, based on experience
$178 per diem per day
Per diem paid 7 days per week while in market
