Community Advisor (French )\n\nStart Date: Immediate\n Duration: Long-term Project\n Hours: 10 hours per week\n Location: Fully Remote\n\nAbout the Role\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide strategic direction, best practices, and guidance to ensure communities align with business objectives\nDefine the community's mission, vision, and goals\nAdvise on optimal interaction styles and community structures\nEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success\nIdentify and nurture superusers, ambassadors, and influencers\nProvide insights into platform trends, industry best practices, and product roadmaps\nAct as a liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams \n\nSkills & Experience\n\nExperience with data analysis using tools such as Google Sheets and in-product analytics tools\nSkilled at creating data-centered reports using Google Slides\nAbility to research technical product details (supported by AI documentation) and help resolve community issues\nBasic understanding of community forums and online engagement best practices\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills able to form actionable recommendations based on community insights\nExcellent rapport-building and communication skills\nProactive, organised, and solution-orientedThis role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence thriving online communities for a global audience.
