We are a collegial, physician-led urology group operating within a supportive regional healthcare system located in the picturesque Lakes Region of Minnesota. We are currently in search of a board-certified or board-eligible general urologist to become a part of our team. This position provides immediate access to a patient base, cutting-edge technology, and the chance to pursue subspecialty interests in a collaborative setting that is well-regarded for its digital infrastructure and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights:
- A general urology practice with a 4-day work week.
- A call schedule of 1:3, designed to ensure a manageable workload and promote a healthy work-life balance.
