We are a collaborative, physician-led urology group within a nurturing regional health system located in the picturesque Lakes Region of Minnesota. We are currently in search of a board-certified or board-eligible general urologist to become a part of our dedicated team. This position offers immediate patient engagement, access to cutting-edge technology, and the chance to pursue subspecialty interests within a supportive environment known for its excellence in digital infrastructure and clinical quality.

Position Highlights:

  • General urology practice with a 4-day work week
  • Non-burdensome call schedule of 1:3, promoting a healthy work/life balance
  • Collaborate with 2 experienced urologists and receive support from 2 dedicated physician assistants
  • Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
  • Access to state-of-the-art technology, recognized with HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification for both inpatient and outpatient care
