Job Description
Global Alliances & Partnerships Leader
\n
\n
Company
\n
Phase Change Solutions (PCS) is a global leader in the development and supply of phase change materials (“PCMs”). The company’s proprietary PCMs, collectively referred to as BioPCM® can store and release thermal energy at temperatures ranging from -75°C to 175°C while exhibiting a variety of additional advantages. This precise tunability enables customers worldwide to use BioPCM® products to achieve their sustainable development goals (SDGs).
\n
\n
Since its founding in 2011, PCS has helped maintain optimum temperatures and save energy in a range of industries: transportation of perishables and pharmaceuticals, buildings and structures, telecom, and data centers. PCS was recognized as a Global Cleantech 100 company, a Bloomberg BNEF Global Pioneer award winner, and an inaugural cohort company in The Clean Fight New York.
\n
\n
PCS is currently executing a strategic pivot focusing exclusively on upstream materials development, production, and supply to customers who integrate BioPCM® in a variety of applications. Deployment of this strategy involves developing strong and sustainable partnerships with key customers (OEM partners). While the company has a few successful OEM partners already established in the cold chain (pharma) market segment, PCS is seeking to strengthen these partnerships, develop new ones as well as identify, build, and grow new partnerships in other application markets like Refrigeration, Mobility, as well as Buildings and Structures, including energy/temperature management in data centers and cold storage warehouses.
