Hardware Computer Technician (Contract)

CSP is hiring for a Hardware Computer Technician to support our growing client base in the Greensboro / Triad, NC area. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT field or desktop support experience who enjoys hands-on technical work and working directly with clients.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing PCs and laptops, performing hardware troubleshooting, and coordinating with manufacturers on warranty claims and replacements. You’ll also work closely with our team to ensure our clients receive responsive and reliable technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues
• Diagnose and resolve PC performance and hardware failures
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on warranty claims and parts replacement
• Provide professional onsite support to clients
• Document service work and maintain organized records

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of desktop or field support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows PCs and laptops
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple service requests
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Triad area
