We're looking for a Director-Level Head of Project Management to work on Hyperscale Data Centres across Europe.  A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Director-level Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Data Centre offering.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role combines project leadership, team management, client development and commercial responsibility.\n

Key Responsibilities of a Director-Level Head of Project Management\n

    \n
  • Lead the Data Centre Project Management team and sector strategy
  • \n

  • Oversee complex projects and programmes from feasibility through construction, commissioning and handover
  • \n

  • Act as Project Director on major client commissions
  • \n

  • Build and develop a high-performing project management team
  • \n

  • Manage senior client relationships and key accounts
  • \n

  • Lead bids, proposals and business development activity
  • \n

  • Maintain strong project governance, risk, programme and commercial controls
  • \n

  • Take responsibility for team performance, utilisation, revenue and profitability
  • \n


\n Required Experience for a Director-Level Head of Project Management
\n

  • Director, Head of Project Management or equivalent experience within a construction or project management consultancy
  • \n

  • Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
  • \n

  • Experience across hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data centre environments
  • \n

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major programmes
  • \n

  • Demonstrable experience winning work and growing client accounts
  • \n

  • Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management skills
  • \n

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant construction or engineering discipline
  • \n

  • Chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent is
  • \n
