We're looking for a Director-Level Head of Project Management to work on Hyperscale Data Centres across Europe. A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Director-level Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Data Centre offering.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role combines project leadership, team management, client development and commercial responsibility.\n

Key Responsibilities of a Director-Level Head of Project Management\n

- Lead the Data Centre Project Management team and sector strategy
- Oversee complex projects and programmes from feasibility through construction, commissioning and handover
- Act as Project Director on major client commissions
- Build and develop a high-performing project management team
- Manage senior client relationships and key accounts
- Lead bids, proposals and business development activity
- Maintain strong project governance, risk, programme and commercial controls
- Take responsibility for team performance, utilisation, revenue and profitability

\n Required Experience for a Director-Level Head of Project Management\n
- \n
- Director, Head of Project Management or equivalent experience within a construction or project management consultancy
- Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
- Experience across hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data centre environments
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major programmes
- Demonstrable experience winning work and growing client accounts
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management skills
- Degree-qualified in a relevant construction or engineering discipline
- Chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent is
