Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Head of Capital Projects to deliver complex M&E projects across their European Data Centre portfolio.
\n
\n
Based in Germany, with a regional responsibility for Austria and Switzerland, the Head of Capital Projects will lead on a number Capital Asset Replacement Projects which typically range in value €500k - €5m.
\n
\n
Additional Key Responsibilities:

\n
- \n
- Leading and guiding the Project Managers reporting into the regional structure.
- Winning new work and developing client opportunities.
- Solutioning project requirements.
- Taking responsibility for project delivery.
- Owning the commercial performance and Regional P&L.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
About you:
\n
\n
- \n
- You will have previously held senior positions: Head of Projects / Project Director
- You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of managing multi-country complex and time-sensitive projects (Data Centres)
- Experience of managing large P&Ls.
- Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders.
