Head of Spain Theatrical Distribution, Amazon MGM Film Group

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Head of Spain Theatrical Distribution. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans and negotiating with Spain external parties. The Head of Spain Theatrical Distribution maintains strong external industry relationships, analyzes daily sales data, and closely monitors the industry landscape. This role functions as the key point of contact for all aspects of theatrical distribution for Amazon MGM Studios within Spain. This position will report into the Head of International Theatrical Distribution.

Key job responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Amazon MGM Studios' overall release plans, including market analysis, target audience identification, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiating: Engaging with regional and local partners to secure optimal coverage, while negotiating favorable financial terms.
• Market Analysis and Forecasting: Utilizing data analytics to forecast performance, identify key markets, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Sales Team Leadership: Managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, and setting performance goals to achieve sales targets.
• Marketing Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and maximize film awareness.
