Health & Safety Manager\n\n Locations: West London & Buckinghamshire\n Contract Duration:\n\nOctober 2025 - July 2027\n\nOctober 2025 - Nov 2026\n\nAre you a seasoned Health & Safety professional with a passion for high-risk, high-tech construction environments? We are seeking two experienced Health & Safety Manager to take the lead on all safety, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives across the two sites.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSpearheading the health & safety strategy for a complex, multi-phase construction project.\nCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and client reps to ensure safe delivery of electrical, mechanical, and commissioning works.\nConducting regular site audits and inspections, driving continuous improvement and accountability.\nLeading incident investigations and embedding lessons learned into future operations.\nChampioning wellbeing on site, with a focus on mental health, fatigue management, and worker welfare.\nProviding hands-on support and guidance to supervisors and managers, ensuring safety culture is embedded at every level.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nProven track record in managing health & safety on large-scale construction or technical fit-out projects.\nStrong understanding of UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations.\nExperience working with multiple subcontractors and managing high-risk activities.\nNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or NEBOSH Certificate with relevant experience).\nIOSH membership (GradIOSH or Chartered ).\nConfident communicator with leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nCompetitive day rate\nBe part of a flagship data centre project with cutting-edge infrastructure.\nWork alongside industry leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nMake a tangible impact on safety culture and wellbeing in construction.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
