Health & Safety Manager

Are you a seasoned Health & Safety professional with a passion for high-risk, high-tech construction environments? We are seeking two experienced Health & Safety Manager to take the lead on all safety, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives across the two sites.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading the health & safety strategy for a complex, multi-phase construction project.
- Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and client reps to ensure safe delivery of electrical, mechanical, and commissioning works.
- Conducting regular site audits and inspections, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Leading incident investigations and embedding lessons learned into future operations.
- Championing wellbeing on site, with a focus on mental health, fatigue management, and worker welfare.
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to supervisors and managers, ensuring safety culture is embedded at every level.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record in managing health & safety on large-scale construction or technical fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations.
- Experience working with multiple subcontractors and managing high-risk activities.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or NEBOSH Certificate with relevant experience).
- IOSH membership (GradIOSH or Chartered ).
- Confident communicator with leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
