Position Summary: Human Resources 2026Summer Program
Location: Etters, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Human Resources to join our team. The position will be located onsite in our Etters, PA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The summer program is a highly visible, valued program.The Human Resources will be a leader for the group and support the Human Resources department and employees in general.
What you'll do:
- Support and organize Team Building activities during the 2026summer "session"
- Managecommunications for the class
- Organize events for team (team-building events, weekly meetings)
- Lead team and assist in addressing concerns, improvements, etc. by coordinating weekly check-ins with the interns
- Spearhead summer activities outings, weekly "lunch and learns" (or equivalent or other)
- Assist in organizingand executinga company-wide summer BBQ
- Execute 1-2 charity events for the summer
- Develop the 2027Summer
- Revise and update slides, gather feedback on 2026 program to provide improvements
- Develop your professional experience through exposure to executive management and mentorship opportunities
- Other projects and duties as assigned includes but is not limited to:
- Updating employee databases by inputting employee information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Scheduling interviews with candidates
- Coordinate final project presentations
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate would be pursuing a bachelor's in the HR Management or Business field or equivalent
