HVAC Technician

Abilene, Texas

$40–$50/hr + Overtime

Monday – Friday

I’m currently working with a growing HVAC manufacturer that’s looking to bring on an experienced HVAC Technician / Chiller Engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term development and the chance to become a specialist within chiller and critical environment systems, including data centers.

You’ll be joining a team that values technical excellence, safety, and customer service working on-site to ensure HVAC systems are operating at peak performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and chiller systems

• Troubleshooting equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools

• Performing routine maintenance and service calls

• Working within critical data center environments

• Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored HVAC solutions

• Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records

• Assisting with system design, modifications, and upgrades

• Welding and system modifications where required

• Traveling to job sites in company vehicles

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on chiller experience

• 5+ years of HVAC experience

• Data center experience is a strong advantage

• Welding capability for HVAC repairs/modifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working in critical environments
