We are seeking an experienced Independent Recruiter based in the United States to support nationwide candidate searches across multiple industries. This is a home-based, flexible opportunity designed for self-driven recruiting professionals who excel at identifying and delivering high-quality talent.

The Independent Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and presenting strong candidates for senior-level Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources roles. Recruiters will work collaboratively with our internal team and hiring managers, earning shared commissions for successfully placed candidates.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience, strong candidate networks, and a proven ability to recruit at the senior or leadership level. This role offers autonomy, performance-based compensation, and the opportunity to work on diverse searches across the U.S. market.
