We are hiring Industrial Electricians who will play a key role in wiring and powering custom automated equipment used in large-scale industrial and data center applications. This team is moving quickly, and strong performers will have long-term career potential as the company continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Perform machine wiring, PLC wiring, and control panel wiring for custom automation equipment
- Install conduit, sensors, relays, and industrial electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot motors, drives, high-voltage systems, and electrical controls
- Ensure builds align with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
- Collaborate closely with mechanical assemblers and engineers to deliver complete, functional equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to electrical codes and manufacturing safety standards
- Support project deadlines by working efficiently without sacrificing build quality
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or machine-building environment
- Strong experience with machine wiring, enclosure wiring, and PLC wiring
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with motors, drives, and control panels
Nice to Have:
- Experience with industrial automation systems or PLC programming
- Familiarity with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Conduit bending and installation experience
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices in a manufacturing environment

Location: Itasca, IL
Schedule: 6:00am–2:30pm (Overtime available up to 20 hrs/week)
Pay: $28–$30/hr (open to strong candidates above range)
